Brigandine tilverkare

Jeg påtænker at anskaffe mig en brigandine
fra omkring år 1400, men har frem til nu
ikke haft held med at finde nogen sælgere,
er der nogen der ved om der er smede/syersker
derude som laver noget sådant, eller eventuelt
også sælger hærdede pladedele til en brigandine?

Ingen tillverkare förvisso och endast på franska, men icke desto mindre en bra sida om brigandiner. Många bra foton etc. Finns även en excelfil med massa data om det olika fynden. Tänkte att det var lika bra att återuppliva denna tråd istället för att starta en ny. Håll till godo.

Mange tak Eric, jeg er heldigvis allerede kommet igang med en Corrazina,
men når alle begynderfejlene er begået, er det fedt at have mulighed for at lave
en lydefri en - så tak igen for tip og link.

good evening. I am Anthoine le Helmier (means Anthoine 'the helmet maker') and I managed the web site 'Trois couronnes'. Despite I can not understand swedish I saw you were talking about brigandine. This is my favorite matter. Unfortunately my research are only in french and I have to translate it in english at least.
Feel free to contact me by e-mail if you want information about the mid 15th brigandines. I am reproducing a new model based on Basel Museum part (a 1470' brigandine, that could be a burgundian model worn during the burgundian wars with the Swiss).

I am very interested in learning more of your research and knowledge on the matter.
My re-enactment period within my group ends at 1412, so any earlier brigandines or
similarities you are familiar with are of course also of interest, as well as your current
project.

good evening. Unfortunately I have very references about early brigandines. The research I do is based on mid 15th c. brigandines.
