Mitt prosjekt for denne vinteren er å lage et klessett som en Stormann fra Norge ca. 1260 kunne gått kledd i.
Etter å ha lest Maciejowski, sitter jeg igjen med intrykk av at skillet mellom fattig og rik er Mye mindre (klesmessig..) ,i denne perioden ,enn i senere epoker.
Hovedsaklig er det bare skoene og kjortelen som synes av de plagg jeg har på meg, fordi det som oftest er for varmt å gå med hette eller ytterkjortel om sommeren.
-Hvilke detaljer bør en rikmanns kjortel ha (..utenom at den bør være lang) ,som skiller den fra tilsvarende plagg hos de lavere sosiale lag??

Fast det finns v-ringade mansplagg i den förra, en man som ligger i sängen:

Så de finns, men om man tittar på frekvensen så är v-ringade plagg ganska så mycket vanligare i Manesse-handskriften. Däremot fann jag att the Murthly Hours och Maciejoski-bibeln har nästan exakt samma dräktskick.

Vad gäller skillnaden mellan Maciejovski och Manesse så har jag för mig att v-ringade mansplagg bara finns i den senare, att hättorna delvis ser olika ut och att det förekommer att överplagget hos män är kortare än mellanplagget i den första men inte i den senare. Nu har jag mest gjort kläder från Codex Manesse och inte ägnat mig så mycket åt jämförelser av det här slaget. Enklast är väl att titta på bilderna och jämföra. För er som har missat dem finns de här:

Er det noen som vet hvor mye av (de sivile) klærene fra Codex Manesse, som ikke finnes i 1260?
Altså -Hva er forskjellen på bekledning i 1260 og 1325.

Codex Manesse inneholder mye godis! [:p]

-Hvordan søker man etter illustrasjoner av sivile klær fra tida rundt 1260, på internet?
Jeg er kjent med Maciejowski-bibelen, og håper å finne illustrasjoner som har detaljer ,eller som viser hele plagg, som ikke finnes i Maciejowski.
