...vilket jag nu gjort. Tallrikarna på Kapitelhusgården är gjorda av Hoas hantverk, i svarvad björk, och skall hålla alldeles ypperligt för både maskindisk och våldsamma gillen. Jag har beställt en tallrik som det skall provätas på, provslå den i någons huvud och maskindiskas. Få se hur många diskar den tål.

På kapitelhusgården diskas tallrikarna i hett vatten och diskmedel.
Det tallrikarna håller ju, i varje fall fler än tre gånger.

Ska man driva en affärsverksamhet - som jag mistänker att du kanske ska - så finns det väl livsmedelslagar el liknande om reglerar vad man måste ha för temperatur på disken etc.

Kör de verkligen trätallrikarna i diskmaskin? [:0]
Jag kan tänka mig att om man har tallrikar av rätt träslag och rätt tillverkningsmetod så fungerar det bättre. Jag har nog haft dåliga trätallrikar. [:)]

Här kommer mer uppgifter:

Som sagt, det handlar om en "affärsverksamhet" som rundfunker skriver och då måste de kunnas köras i maskin.

Vad gäller tidsperioden så kommer det att till att börja med i alla fall koncentreras runt sekelskiftet 1400-1500.

Platsen är Dalarna, jag har byggt en storstuga på 30 kvadrat, embryot till ett kök, blästugn och snart en smedja. En stor örtagård på kanten av Järntjärn (arbetsnamn) med plats för 40 sittande gäster, mm.

Var finns det bra förebilder på glaserad keramik? Storlek, form, mönster?
