Var får man tag på gåsfjäder? Jag har letat med ljus & lykta men inte lyckats. Allt jag kunnat skrämma upp har varit kalkon i div. grälla färger eller möjligen "barred turkey", även de i grälla färgen.

Angus: Jag vill ha ett par bodkinspetsar (10 eller så) för att provskjuta mot mål, och för att ha på väggen. För vanligt skytte kommer jag att köra fältspets.

Vad gäller fjädrar kommer jag att följa ett råd jag fick och köra med gåsfjäder - de håller sig bättre vid regn än kalkon.

Limjigg? Är det möjligen en fjädringsjigg (fletching jig) du är på jakt efter? Tänk på att jiggen ska passa ditt behov, alla klarar inte långa fjädrar (t.ex. över 5"), om du ska ha helixfjädring, tänk på att köpa en klämma av rätt sort, oftast följer det bara med en rak osv.
Alternativt kan du bli kompis med en väldresserad bläckfisk och göra det för hand.
Smältlim skulle jag råda dig att skaffa på antingen Claes Ohlson eller från närmsta välsorterade järnhandel då de flesta bågskyttefirmor kan vara dyra på just smältlim av någon outgrundlig anledning.

Prova www.quicks.com/ eller www.eagleclassicarchery.co.uk/ båda i Storbritannien. Jag har personligen bara haft med den förra att göra. Siten var då (ca 3 år sedan) inte krypterad så jag var tvungen att ringa in mitt VISA# men det var inga problem.

En liten fråga bara... Varför vill du ha bodkinspetsar?
Jag skulle iofs kunna tänka mig att göra ett par själv för att ha på väggen men inte för målskytte, de sliter så in i ¤(%#" på buttarna.

Fjädrar får man väl skaffa själv, men det är ju lite lättare att hitta, vare sig man vill ha kalkon eller något annat.
