En station kan vara en sagoberättare. Fast det är inte så roligt för den som måste berätta samma saga 8 ggr samma dag. Been there, done that, fått ont i halsen...

Fläta en snodd eller något annat enkelt hantverk.

Prova kläder, inte bara rustning.

En hög med konstiga saker som barnen ska gissa vad de är till. T.ex. en hosa, en nålbindningsnål, en dolk, en ringbrynja, en spännsåg...

Och jag kan intyga att drill med barn funkar utmärkt! Been there, done that, came out on top...

Utan att hymla kan jag säga att jag är riktigt bra på att drilla barn efter senromersk och lite medeltida stuck. 1600-tal vore skitkul det med, skall bara få Fänikan att göra lite enkla träpikar. Halvpikar för att vara exakt.

Som Martin också skriver, låt dem prova ringbrynja och hjälm, hålla vapen och sköld. Jag var i en 5:a häromsistens och de var helt saliga över att få hjälpa mig att bära en del av utrustningen när jag skulle till min dotters klass.

Gav dem hillebarder i trä å masonit och lät dem träna anfall och drill fram och tillbaka. Det var även bra för att få ungarna rasa av sig lite med att få storma och skrika för full hals. Enkelt och lätt att göra.

En aktivitet som är planerad är bågskytte. Är det någon som har erfarenhet av liknande arrangemang, och/eller som har förslag på fler aktiviteter, och kanske hur man får det att hålla ihop med ett tema?
